Breaking down the barriers
Mr and Mrs Wright, residents of Brampton, Cumbria, were faced with a common problem: a small, outdated kitchen that was difficult to use and hindered social interaction. The separate dining room further fragmented the space, making it challenging to entertain guests and enjoy family meals. The cramped layout and lack of natural light made the space feel dark and uninviting.
To address these issues, Pasha Interiors proposed a bold solution: removing the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room to create a more open and liberating space. By combining the two areas, we were able to create a larger, more inviting kitchen-dining area that was perfect for cooking, eating, and entertaining.
The new layout featured a stylish breakfast bar, which added a touch of contemporary flair to the space. The dark green colour scheme created a sophisticated and moody atmosphere, while the careful selection of materials and finishes ensured that the new family kitchen was both beautiful and practical.
